Our homemade pie is a perfect combination of sweet and sour, thanks to the lemon-flavored sponge cake and creamy meringue frosting that covers the entire cake. A fresh cheesecake with a fluffy base, filled with homemade lemon curd.

Ingredients and allergens

Digestive: WHEAT FLOUR (EU), 20% GRAHAM FLOUR, vegetable fat (palm), sugar, salt, raising agents (E500, E503). MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF MILK. Marie biscuits: WHEAT flour 65.5%, sugar, vegetable oil (high oleic sunflower oil) 9%, glucose and fructose syrup, LACTOSE (MILK), raising agents (sodium bicarbonate and ammonium bicarbonate), salt, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), antioxidant (sodium metabisulphite).
